The Banking Ombudsman Scheme was established in 1992. This little publication is a celebration of the Banking Ombudsman Scheme’s early years and those people who instigated, established, developed and supported the scheme. Their stories and tributes tell of the scheme’s origins and what it has achieved, for both individuals and New Zealanders at large. And the publication also speaks to the humanity of those involved.
Through these contributions it is easy to see how the Banking Ombudsman Scheme has developed a reputation for being a trusted and valued dispute resolution service and why it continues to be relevant.
